Sean Gamache

Sean loves thinking about different ways to fold your clothes while you’re still wearing them. He started training BJJ with his wife and son in 2017 before moving to the GTA in 2018. He is a thinker and always looking for ways to increase his game with BJJ theory; his understanding of the human body, how it moves (or not supposed to move!), and his ability to transmit knowledge with simple analogies are just a small fraction of his game.

His hobbies include playing music and woodworking.
